Bar and restaurant is a wonderful expat hangout that serves German and Filipino food. We are particularly fond of their breakfasts.  It is located on white beach just south of the path to Dave's Straw Hat Inn. Expect to be greeted by friendly Kurt and plan on returning more than once as the atmosphere is very inviting and friendly.
