Check out time is at 12:00 noon; Check in time is 1:30 PM; maximum allowed is up to 4 people (adult or child) per Deluxe Room; up to 3 people (adult or child) per Standard Cottage and up to 2 people (adult or child) per Fan Cooled Room; no refunds for cancelled bookings; check with us for current credit card acceptance policy as at this time, we apologize that credit cards are not accepted. We do accept pay pal (4.1% fee) for room payments prior to arrival, but we can not accept pay pal once you are in the Philippines.
Wireless internet is a free service, as such we are not responsible for periods of "non-service"
due to technical problems, outage of server or other difficulties.
No room refunds or discounts given for wireless internet failure.
